Our breakfast seminar on Inclusive, Equitable and Accessible Recruitment.

We felt it was time to give back to our London HR community and so last week, we hosted our first post-covid event! It was a fantastic early start to the day at the National Theatre.

In partnership with the DEIB Consultancy Balance, we held a breakfast seminar on Inclusive, Equitable and Accessible Recruitment covering:

  • The six pillars of inclusive recruitment, from audit to action

  • Getting buy-in from hiring managers

  • The critical role of HR

Jennie Child is the Founder of Balance & Co-Founder of Inclusive Recruitment Foundations and led on our seminar.
