Trace Recruit Limited recognises that modern slavery and human trafficking are significant global issues presenting a challenge for businesses worldwide. The Company has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in its business dealings.
Policies in relation to slavery and human trafficking
Trace Recruit Ltd is a specialist Recruitment Agency with an office in the UK.
The Company has a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and it expects its suppliers and contractors to uphold the same values. The company will not conduct business knowingly with anyone engaged in slavery and human trafficking practices or knowingly permit them to be carried out in any part of its business. The company continues to monitor its suppliers on an ongoing basis and only works with businesses which they are satisfied have suitable preventative measures in place to prevent modern slavery.

To ensure our colleagues have a high level of understanding around the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we have shared this Statement with every individual within our organisation.
Our effectiveness in combating slavery and human trafficking
To date we have not found any indicators or instances of modern slavery in our business or its supply chain. This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Company’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2023.
This statement will be reviewed annually within six months of the financial year end which is March 2025
