Team Trace Set Sails to Celebrate FY23/24

The Trace team recently took an unforgettable trip to celebrate a fantastic FY 23/24.

Setting sail from Gunwharf, we charted a trail for Hamble and Cowes, exploring the picturesque Solent along the way.

Laughter, camaraderie, and stunning views. From the sun-drenched deck of our boat to the lively BBQ in Cowes, we had the opportunity to connect, share belly-laughing stories and strengthen as a team.

As the sun set on our maritime adventure, we returned to Gunwharf, where we enjoyed a delightful evening of food and drinks.

As the saying goes, there's no rest for the wicked! The following morning, we were back at it, gathering in our hotel meeting room, energised and ready to tackle the business day.

Our get togethers are inclusive, we know success is collaborative - everyone's hard work and dedication counts. As we navigate the "dynamic waters" of our industries, it's really key to take a break just to appreciate our achievements together.
