  1. Does the candidate have the right qualifications & experience?

  2. Is the candidate competent?

  3. Will there be a ‘fit’ culturally between the candidate and client?

Process design

Whenever possible, it’s useful to establish a process timeline, including a shortlist deadline, first and second interview timeframes, and the ideal start date of the new hire.
