Assessment and selection

We meet and interview every candidate we represent. Our assessment is done in three layers: how does the CV measure up to the role? What experience or achievements are required to do this job well? Finally, what person will fit culturally? This is where our Predictive Fit Profiler™ comes into play: a unique psychometric questionnaire tool that not only gives the client an insightful snapshot of the potential hire’s personality but also helps candidates crystallise their career objectives.
