Trace is happy to present this newly created role with a growing investment company based in London Bridge. Theyve experienced solid growth over the last few years, allowing them to expand their functions and move to a new office. The role is for a Management Reporting Manager to assist the Reporting Director with the coordination of information requests as well as overseeing the board pack production process. The successful candidate will have two direct reports to manage, guide and develop.
Overseeing the production of quarterly board packs for our various funds
Management and mentoring of junior members of the Management Reporting team
Coordinating, reviewing and responding to ad-hoc information requests
Familiarisation with internal processes and controls
Challenge numbers and processes where necessary
Assisting with the adoption of enhanced reporting technology
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 1-3 years PQE
Financial Services background ideally Private Equity
Strong academic background good degree and A levels
Self motivated and ambitious
Strong attention to detail
People management beneficial but not essential
IT literate excel essential
